Below are the payment options we offer, plus how grace periods work if life happens. Our goal is simple: keep your coverage active, keep expectations clear, and make sure GMB can reliably schedule and staff your service.

Monthly Autopay (Most Popular)

Monthly AutoPay is the simplest option for most homeowners. Your plan renews automatically each month, and you keep continuous access to plan benefits without a large upfront payment.

Best for homeowners who want predictable monthly costs.

Annual Pay (Best Value)

Pay for the full year upfront to lock in your plan and receive any annual savings we’re offering compared to monthly payments (when available).

Best for customers who prefer one payment and want the best overall value.

Quarterly Billing (Every 3 Months)

Quarterly billing spreads costs out while still keeping your plan paid ahead and active.

Best for Bronze members and homeowners who want fewer transactions than monthly, but more flexibility than annual.

Semi-Annual Billing (Twice Per Year)

Two payments per year, great for customers who prefer fewer payments but still want flexibility.

Best for customers who want a middle ground between monthly and annual.

Pay-in-2 for Annual Plans (Deposit + Final Payment)

If you want annual pricing but need to split the upfront cost, we can offer a simple two-payment arrangement (typically 50% upfront, and 50% within an agreed timeframe).

Best for customers who want annual benefits without a single large payment.

Catch-Up Plan (By Approval)

For long-time customers in good standing, we may offer a short-term catch-up plan to bring an account current over 2–3 smaller payments.

Best for loyal members who hit a temporary bump and want to stay enrolled.
