GMB Credit is our way of rewarding customers who commit to preventative maintenance and stay with us over time. When you’re enrolled in a GMB maintenance plan, a portion of your membership builds as credit you can apply toward eligible future work, helping you save on repairs or upgrades as your home or property needs evolve. It’s simple, transparent, and designed to turn consistent maintenance into long‑term value (with a clear cap so expectations stay crystal clear).

How GMB Credit Grows

GMB Credit grows automatically each month while your maintenance plan is active and in good standing. You don’t have to track points, enter codes, or request anything. Your credit simply builds over time and becomes available to apply toward eligible future work when you need it.


Monthly credit growth by plan:


Bronze: + $5 per month

Silver: + $10 per month

Gold: + $15 per month


What this means:

Your balance increases month by month, so it’s there for repairs, upgrades, or extra service visits outside of your scheduled plan checkups.

Credit is a service credit (not cash) and can’t be redeemed for refunds.

Your credit balance is capped at $1,000 per property to keep the program fair and sustainable.

How to see your GMB Credit

Right now, the easiest way to check your GMB Credit balance is through your invoice or by sending us a quick email request. We include your current balance on eligible invoices whenever credit is earned or applied, so you can track it without having to log into anything. If you don’t have a recent invoice handy, just email us and we’ll confirm your current balance.


On your invoice: Look for a line that shows your current GMB Credit balance (and any credit applied to that visit).

By email request: Email us with your name and service address, and we’ll reply with your current balance.

As your credit builds, you can apply it toward the kinds of repairs and upgrades homeowners often postpone, small improvements that protect your property, improve comfort, and prevent future emergencies. The goal is simple: your preventative plan helps you catch issues early, and your GMB Credit helps you afford the next step when it’s time to fix, upgrade, or improve something beyond the plan visit.

Ways You  Can Use GMB Credit

  • Additional service visits outside your scheduled plan checkups
  • Plumbing & fixture upgrades (faucets, showerheads, toilet components, supply line replacements)
  • Small leak prevention work (re-caulking, sealing, tightening, minor repairs)
  • Electrical & lighting upgrades (light fixtures, switches, outlets, basic replacements)
  • Drywall repair + paint touch-ups (holes, cracks, patch-and-blend work)
  • Carpentry & trim fixes (doors that stick, trim repairs, shelving installs, hardware fixes)
  • Assembly & mounting (TV mounting, shelves, curtain rods, mirrors, bathroom hardware)
  • Flooring/tiling spot repairs (small tile replacement, grout touch-ups, transition strips)
  • Exterior maintenance items (weatherstripping, door sweeps, small sealing jobs, minor exterior fixes)
  • Move-in/move-out punch lists for small properties (scope-dependent)
  • Preventative add-ons we recommend after a visit (handled as approved, separate work)

Ways You Can Not Use GMB Credit

  • It cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, or gift cards
  • It cannot be used to pay for your monthly/annual plan membership itself
  • It cannot be transferred or sold to another person (unless you choose to allow this)
  • It cannot be used for work performed by third-party vendors or subcontractors you hire outside of GMB
  • It cannot be applied to permit fees, inspection fees, fines, or government charges
  • It cannot be used for parts/materials that you purchased independently (unless you set a clear reimbursement policy)
  • It cannot be applied to major projects that fall outside GMB’s scope (full remodels, large-scale specialty trades) unless approved in writing
  • It typically cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or coupons (if you want to keep margins protected)
  • It may not be available for emergency/after-hours premiums (if you charge those separately)
